This is an antique cameo hand carved from shell and she is wearing a diamond necklace. The setting is brass and is a very old design which has been antiqued. The necklace has fresh water pearls, coin pearls and hand carved antique bone roses. The necklace is about 19" plus the 2 3/4" pendant.
