Superb and rare antique 1800s Austro Hungarian Victorian garnet bracelet! Links of ornate sterling silver have a tiered design with each tier having rose cut garnets with a 2+ carat faceted garnet in the center. The large center medallion follows the tiered design with a garnet carbuncle center. The back bears a detailed design which is typical of Austro Hungarian jewelry. The heavy bracelet is hallmarked "hand made sterling" on the pin clasp as well as sterling on the center medallion. Exquisite style and workmanship that is synonymous with high quality jewelry from this region. Measures 7" long and 1 1/4" wide in very good condition.
